Who We Are

Welcome to The Talking Turkey, our family-run micro flower farm!

We’re the Clark family, and our love for growing began 14 years ago with a humble garden planted in an old, filled-in hot tub at our home in Dallas, Texas. Over the years, our garden has grown and evolved, eventually becoming the small flower farm we operate today on about 1/4 acre near the bay.

What started as a focus on vegetables gradually shifted to flowers, and before we knew it, we were hooked. Today, we grow nearly 25 varieties of flowers and fillers alongside a variety of vegetables.

Our farm and garden are lovingly cared for by Drew, Kelsey, and our three beautiful children, who share in the passion and hard work that make it all possible.

While everything may not be perfect, each bloom and harvest is grown with care, dedication, and a whole lot of heart. Thank you for visiting our special corner of the bay—we’re so happy to share it with you!
